Draw prizes for entering the Wellness Survey and attending the sessions go to:

-Cheryl Wheeler HR – wins Cineplex Night Out package (2 general admissions, 2 regular soft drinks, 1 regular popcorn)
- One more draw will be made early next week for anyone sending in a late Wellness survey. Email suzanne.mcintosh@uleth.ca if you would like to complete a survey and haven’t had the chance yet.

-Jarvis Larson and Lena Winter – Massage Therapists – for their well received ‘Chair Massages’ – these were definitely a hit! Massages are available to staff and faculty – call the Health Centre at 2484 to book.

The 6 week Bee Heart Smart Challenge – Walk, Run, Swim or Cycle - May 1 – June 13 is off to a great start and I’ve noticed folks are logging their steps, minutes or laps…let’s see if we can beat last year’s results!

Sports and Recreation Services is offering memberships for first time members for the month of May at $10.00 each. Pedometers available at the Sports and Rec Customer Service desk for $10.00.
